WFMW: Great Hand Cream!

To see what works for others, visit Rocks In My Dryer.

With the return of the cold weather (it dropped 50 degrees in 24 hours here last week), my hands are super dry again.

I had to break out my trusty hand cream once more.

The product I use is Avon's Intensive Moisture Therapy. The best part of it is that it's ON SALE right now!!! Click here to see the details!

I work in the kitchens in our local schools and am often in water for the better part of 5 hours there; not to mention how much I am in and out of water at home. This lotion really works!!!

I also use this cream on my face and body. A little goes a long way and it helps with those spots like the front of my shins which can get so dry that I scratch and dig at them in my sleep. Just pat your skin dry right out of the shower and apply the cream immediately. It is like a miracle in a bottle!

Did you know that your skin begins to dry out within 3 minutes of getting out of the tub or shower? If you pat dry, you will retain more of the moisture than if you rub. Putting your lotion or cream on right away will seal that moisture in.

What is your favorite cream or lotion?

My family and I are lotion junkies. We use alot of hand, face and body cream. Lucky I've been participating in some product reviews so we haven't had to purchase any for the last 3 months.
I'll have to take a look at your link when we get through our supply.

That is good lotion! One thing I put on my hands once in awhile is Crisco when working a lot in the kitchen. Yep, and it works!

I love the sented body lotion from Bath and Body Works. I probably have 20 bottles on the shelf above the toilet. My favorite hand lotion is Aveeno Intense Relief. It lasts even if I wash my hands.

I use olive oil, and when they really get dry, Murray's Beeswax/vaseline creme.

Avon used to work for me, but since I've gotten older my skin retains less moisture. I need heavy duty stuff on my alligator skin!

I was walking through the Seattle terminal this morning and came across this kiosk that sells hand lotion. I've heard a lot of great things about it. I think it's called Butler or Butter or something that starts with B.
