... speaking of the rules, there have been some additions/changes/clarifications to them. Most are no-brainers, but I suspect they have reasons for having to clarify. If you participate, use your best judgement and err on the side of caution. Read the Carnival Guidelines to make sure you are on the up and up. That will make these sweet ladies' jobs MUCH easier!
