Nifty Thrifty Thursday: Product Coupons

Sorry about the delay in this weeks post, but without further ado, here is your Nifty Thrifty Thursday!

This week, my topic is product coupons. With internet access being so prevalent these days and more people getting news from online sources rather than hard copy newspapers, more and more manufacturers are offering coupons on their personal websites. You can still find coupons in your weekly newspaper circulars, but you'll find that better deals can sometimes be found by clicking along with clipping.

The best advice I can give you for finding coupons (other than visiting me each Thursday *wink*) is to visit the website for the product you want and see if they have one on their site. You may have to do a bit of digging though their site- look for "special offers" or "promotions"- and sometimes you can contact the company through the "contact" tab (usually at the bottom of the home page) and tell them why you like their product and ask if coupons are ever made available. You might be pleasantly surprised!

People actually SELL product coupons on eBay. If there is an item you use frequently, it could be worth buying coupons in order to save a few bucks. Click here to visit eBay's coupon page.

If you want to exchange coupons online, visit couponless.com, an internet coupon exchange, and list your coupons or search for coupons you'd like to have!
