The clusters are like a bite-sized granola bar- just right for snacking. They retail for around 3 to 4 dollars per package. The 100% natural ingredients vary with the different flavors of course, but they are easy to read and range from tapioca syrup to plain old, baking soda and salt. Think of it: ingredients in a packaged food that you can recognize and pronounce!
As a bonus, the packages are resealable and perfect for tucking in a gym bag, purse, diaper bag, car or backpack. What a great way to enjoy a wholesome, delicious snack any time or any place! As a person with diabetes in the family, I appreciate the 4 to 5 grams of protein in each serving as well. Just enough to keep me going during that mid-afternoon slump!
The flavors are a little bit sweet and a little bit salty with a subtle honey flavor. I really liked the wonderful crunchy texture and nutty taste. I did find them to be a bit crunchier than a granola bar, so I wouldn't recommend them for people with dentures or very sensitive teeth. My kids loved them and I can see them quickly becoming a car favorite for after practices and after school. I also recommend them with a glass of milk for a quick breakfast on the go.
A big THANK YOU to MyBlogSpark for the great samples!
